It is strongly recommended to use a computer to download your pictures. If you don't have access to a computer please follow the instructions in the video tutorial. The client shall make a non-refundable retainer of a maximum of 50% of the session price or $75 to the Photographer to perform services specified. Upon payment, the Photographer will reserve the time and date agreed upon by both parties.

There is a travel fee of $1.55/mile for locations outside of the city of Rhinelander.

If the client requests to amend or cancel this agreement 4 or more calendar days before the session date, the retainer shall be applied a mutually agreed upon reschedule date. If the Client cancels this agreement or fails to show, this agreement 3 or less calendar days before the session date, the retainer shall be fortified. The client understands and agrees that the Photographer will not book other sessions during this time. In the event that the Client cancels the portrait session or fails to attend the session on the Session Date, for any reason, the Photographer shall suffer losses that are difficult to ascertain.

All the immediate family members are included in the price. The immediate family member includes spouse/partner and children.

There is a $20 per person fee for any extended family member. The extended family includes your and your partner's parents, siblings and siblings' immediate family, grandkids, great-grandkids and grandparents.​

There is no sitting fee for studio sessions.

There is a $250 sitting fee for an on-location which requires me to bring lighting equipment. If there is no need to bring any lights, this fee will be waived. This fee does not include a travel fee, which is $1.55/mile.

In the event that the Client requests to reschedule a session, the retainer shall be applied to a rescheduled session if notice is given at least 4 days prior to the scheduled event.

Photographer will try to accommodate late arrivals, however, it is up to availability.

Pet(s) are welcome on outdoor session. Unfortunately we can not have pets in the studio due to possible allergic reactions.

Only one gift card can be used towards a session.

For a $50 un-archival fee, your gallery can be recreated. If you purchased the whole gallery, all the pictures will be available to download. Otherwise, pictures will be available to purchase regardless of whether you used your download credits or not.
